You must return the goods complete with all relevant packaging in an unused and re-saleable condition. 

We do not accept rugs that have been damaged or soiled.

We recommend that rugs be sent back to us by registered post or a carrier that can insure it for its full value.

We will not refund the delivery charges or any costs incurred in the returning of the rug/s.
